The emphasis throughout Clare’s career has been on delivering successful and enduring change working with individuals, teams and whole organisations. Her emphasis is on helping organisations become more adaptive and capable. Her experience has included developing and delivering new business models and distribution channels as well as restructuring to maximise engagement, minimise damage and enhance future performance.
As a Business Coach, Clare’s focus is on developing senior individuals and teams to enhance their contribution and performance and increase personal fulfilment. At executive levels this often includes coaching individuals and teams in the areas of collaboration, conflict resolution and business relationships.
Clare has broad international experience; this includes designing and delivering senior leadership development programmes and coaching interventions for international, multicultural teams. She also trains new coaches. She works across sectors with commercial clients, civil servants, not for profits and entrepreneurial venture capital backed businesses. Recent clients include; DSM, ING, CITI, Government, Oxfam and Anti -Slavery International.
Clare has over 20 years business experience, which includes senior roles in Human Resources and line management. A significant part of her corporate career was spent at Prudential Corporation where posts held included HR Director, Director of Leadership Development, Sales Director and Business Development Director.
Clare is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She has an MBA from London Business School. She is a qualified coach and a member of the British Psychological Society’s Special Group for Coaching Psychology. She is a Fellow of the RSA. She is qualified in Myers Briggs (MBTI), Hogan, and Firo B.
She holds the NTL Institute’s certificate in Organisation Development and the NTL certificate of Advanced Group Process Consulting.
