Charlotte is an executive performance coach and leadership development practitioner with twenty-five years of experience working with high performing individuals, and more than two decades building her international coaching practice. Her work focuses on helping leaders develop clarity, presence and impact in complex and demanding environments.
She has a reputation as a dedicated, detail focussed and profound coach with a high commitment to develop the talent of her clients realise their goals whatever their level of ambition and expertise. She is known for a style that is both challenging and deeply supportive. Charlotte has a rare ability to read what is really happening beneath the surface, to listen with precision, and to help people move quickly towards meaningful change. Clients experience her as warm, perceptive and courageous, always working with honesty, compassion and humour.
Charlotte has an entrepreneurial spirit, having founded and developed several businesses in her career. Her background includes coaching professional athletes and senior leaders across many sectors. This has taken her around the world and into diverse cultures, giving her a strong ability to work across different values, pressures and leadership styles. She brings this breadth of experience into every coaching relationship.
Charlotte works with individuals and senior teams in industries including pharmaceutical, financial services, FMCG, aviation and environmental services. Her work is primarily based in the UK, across Europe and in the Middle East.
She is a Systemic Team Coach, an Executive Transformational Coach and an NLP Master Practitioner. She is licensed in the psychometric tools ESCI, SDI and FIRO B, and holds a certificate in Systemic Coaching Constellations. She is also a founding director providing experiential leadership development programmes for individuals, senior leaders and teams.
